Make a Choice
- 11/09 15:00

Surely, we all know those moments where a group decision needs to be made, like choosing where to go for a drink, or what to have for dinner and the same sentences are thrown around.
“I don’t mind”
“It’s up to you”
“Anything is fine by me”
For some reason, we turn one small decision into a whole mental debate. In fact, there are several reasons for it.
“What if they don’t like what I choose”
“I don’t want to be the one responsible”
“I wanna be easy going”
This issue can translate into our daily choices as well; our intuition is overridden and we can’t make immediate decisions. When the outcome isn’t guaranteed, we often avoid choosing altogether. We wait, ask someone else, or keep looking for the “right” answer.
In this workshop, we want to get to the bottom of this. You will explore what makes you hesitate, as well as practice choosing without overthinking, in your own way. Because choosing doesn’t always need to be that deep.
Sometimes, you choose to simply find out.
