Co-create the system that turns intention into action

This is a co-building session, not a typical workshop.

Together, we will make it happen, by building the first version of the ProjectU pilot, focused on one core idea: helping students consistently act on what matters to them and get more out of their time at university.

Participants will make it happen by considering how this system should look in practice: which actions count, how progress is tracked, and how accountability can support real momentum without relying on motivation.

The goal is simple:
leave with a clear pilot structure, and a group of people committed to making it real.

What to bring: your laptop, a curious mind, and your own ideas and perspectives.
